Objective:

We are seeking a friendly, highly-skilled client services representative to make our clients feel valued and supported. In this role, your duties include fostering positive client relations, managing inquiries, and promptly directing customer complaints to relevant departments. Your duties will also include obtaining post-sales client feedback.

To be successful in client services, you should exhibit extensive experience in a similar role and demonstrate a client-oriented approach. A first-class client services representative builds positive business relationships and provides clients with individualized and professional support.

A Client Servicing Executive at Infobia manages a client’s digital strategy to improve their digital presence and to achieve their digital marketing goals. Ensuring a strong relationship with existing and potential clients.

As a Client Servicing Associate/ Manager at Infobia, you’ll get to:

  • Provide hands on support with delivery of digital campaigns.
  • Build long term associations with global clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide solutions by finding ways and means cutting across functions by understanding their business objectives.
  • Manage delivery through management of work flow, resource requirement and quality of output.
  • Work closely with client team to understand the client business strategy, plans & requirements
  • Work with the team to help develop brand strategy including digital marketing strategy & execution plans for the client. This would entail close coordination with the client teams
  • Develop quarterly marketing plans and finalize agreed plans with the client team to proactively drive initiatives
  • Develop detailed monthly calendars and finalize with the client team
  • Serve as a resource for the Organisation with respect to translation of client requirements for implementation on various digital & offline initiatives including specific campaign plans
  • Serve as a resource for the Organisation with respect to content creation & structure. The content writing will support the creatives for both offline and the digital teams.
  • Support the Organisation to ensure accurate and timely Client delivery through the development process from initial concepts research, artwork creation, documentation, implementation inclusive of running the campaigns on various digital platforms within the required timeline to ensure best in the class deliverable to all clients.
  • Brainstorming and contributing to the Account Team's efforts on brand communication/ strategy for the client
  • Effectively position the company's service offerings with a focus on consistent client retention
  • Create/edit content and talk lines in all creatives to ensure accuracy and relevance to the client
  • Supports team to present creative work to clients for approval or modification

Ideally, you should have:

  • Masters degree in Management, preferably specialized in Marketing.
  • Certifications/ Courses in Digital Marketing.
  • The ability to define, create, and complete a technical task.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Project management, problem solving and people management skills.
  • Experience & exposure with digital marketing concepts as well as hands-on conceptualization & execution of digital marketing campaigns on various digital channels
  • Familiar with marketing techniques
  • Experience & exposure in the development of brand enhancing copy
  • 1 to 4 yrs experience in a marketing agency or an end user organization in a digital marketing role
